The People Behind the Platform

Built by people who know
the industry from the inside.

Lumina was designed by practitioners who spent decades inside the data, analytics, and operational challenges that energy companies face every day. That experience is built into the agents, the models, and the decisions.

Focus Areas

  • 25+ years across data platforms, analytics engineering, and enterprise AI
  • Architect of the Dialogue Intelligence Framework and multi-agent Boardroom
  • Local-first, privacy-preserving AI architecture for regulated industries
  • Organizational intelligence: turning operational data into institutional memory

Babak brings more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of data, analytics, and enterprise technology. His career spans complex data platform builds, AI system design, and the organizational challenges that prevent analytics from reaching the people who need it most.

He founded Lumina Analytics with a single conviction: that industrial operators deserve answers, not more dashboards. His architecture work on the Dialogue Intelligence Framework, the Boardroom multi-agent deliberation engine, and the Customer Memory Space reflects a philosophy built over decades in the field. Intelligence should live inside the organization, remain sovereign, and compound over time.

Babak's mission is to close the gap between raw operational data and defensible decisions. Not through yet another visualization layer, but through AI that reasons, remembers, and earns the trust of the people who rely on it.

Oil & Gas LinkedIn Profile

Focus Areas

  • Digital transformation of Oil and Gas operations and maintenance workflows
  • Prescriptive maintenance: from reactive repair to predictive asset strategy
  • Domain expertise across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations
  • Translating field experience into AI agent logic that operators trust

Sean Rosier has spent his career on the operational front lines of the Oil and Gas industry, where the distance between a maintenance decision and a production failure is measured in hours, not weeks. His work in digital transformation and prescriptive maintenance has shaped how operators move from reactive repair cycles to data-driven asset strategies.

At Lumina, Sean leads the translation of that field experience into the platform. He shapes the agent definitions, domain logic, and workflow integrations that make Lumina's Oil and Gas capabilities accurate and actionable for the engineers and operations teams who use them.

Sean's mission is prescriptive maintenance at scale: not alerting operators to problems they already know about, but surfacing the patterns and anomalies that tell you what will fail, when, and what to do before it does. His work bridges the gap between the field and the AI, ensuring that Lumina speaks the language of the industry it serves.

Our Shared Mission

Analytics that earns the trust of the people who rely on it.

Every decision in Lumina's architecture reflects a single principle: intelligence should be sovereign, defensible, and built for the operators who carry the operational risk. Not for the demo. For the field.
